Visiting Nurse, Home Care & Hospice of Carroll County

As of January 1, 2012, we are:
VISITING NURSE, HOME CARE & HOSPICE OF CARROLL COUNTY.

We offer home health care to all Northern Carroll County residents. A family or client may request the services of a Visiting Nurse to make an assessment visit. Subsequent visits are made under the family physicians' orders. Your physician or hospital also make a referral to us directly on your behalf.

Hospice care is available to help provide palliative and supportive services to people with a life threatening illness and their families, with emphasis on their physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs. Brochures are available for the asking, please call us for more information at 356-7006/
