General Information: The Upper Saco Valley Land Trust is a private nonprofit organization working with local landowners to permanently protect the lands and waters that define our communities and enrich our quality of life. USVLT serves the towns of Bartlett, Hart's Location, Jackson, Conway, Albany, Madison, Eaton and Chatham in New Hampshire, and Fryeburg, Brownfield and Denmark in Maine.

Directions: The next time you are driving by the scenic overlook on Route 16 at the crest of the hill before "The Strip", pull over and admire the beautiful view of farmland on the Saco River. A portion of this historically significant farmland is now preserved in perpetuity by a conservation easement to the Upper Saco Valley Land Trust.
