General Information:The Child Advocacy Center of Carroll County is a non profit that provides a coordinated system of care to children who are victims of sexual and/or physical abuse, and their non-offending family members. The primary goal of the center is to ensure that children are not further victimized by the intervention systems that are designed to protect them. They are committing to ensuring that quality care is provided to each child, and to identify and help others identify children in Carroll County who are at risk for child abuse.
