A 1987 magna cum laude graduate of Plymouth State College with a Bachelor of Science in accounting, Rhonda Rosand has been working as an accounting professional since 1986.  In 1992 she earned her certificate to practice as a Certified Public Accountant from the State of New Hampshire Board of Accountancy; the same year she became a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants.
