            We are located in the Red Barn on Seavey Street in North Conway.  We've been here for 36 years.  While technology has changed from electric typewriters to computers, our values have not.  We have always believed that representing clients is building relationships.  We tell clients the truth, we speak plain English and we are there for you. 

            Choosing a lawyer is an important decision that requires careful thought.  Please consider us.  We were here yesterday - we're here today - we'll be here tomorrow.

At Ekberg & Associates we believe that everyone should have access to a lawyer when they need one.  We are guided by two main values:

• 1. The client always comes first. This does not mean that the client is always right, but it does mean that the client's interests are paramount.
• 2. Clients are people. They are not "files" or "cases"; they have feelings and are human.

Directions:

We are located on easilly accessable Seavey Street in North Conway village.  As you travel north on North/South Road, you'll see the Conway Daily Sun building on your left.  Just before that is Seavey street.  Take a right.  We are the 2nd building on your left.  You will see a sign that reads "Donald M. Ekberg Attorney".  As you pull into the parking area you will see a red barn in the back.  WELCOME to our office!
