Welcome to The Eagle Mountain House & Golf Club, located in the heart of the White Mountains, on a scenic hilltop in Jackson, New Hampshire. With her distinctive 280 foot verandah this grand lady has been hosting guests for over 130 years.   As a Historic Hotel of America built in 1879 we are proud to be listed on the National Trust for Historic Preservation.  Our amenities include Highfields, a full service casual dining room, and The Eagle Landing Tavern, a warm and inviting pub.  We offer an exercise room with a hot tub, locker rooms with saunas, and a game room.  Outdoor activities on property include a 9 hole par 32 golf course, a seasonal outdoor heated pool and tennis court.

The Eagle Mountain House & Golf Club is in an ideal location for any visitor to the Mt. Washington Valley area.  Located just 12 miles north of the hustle and bustle of tax-free North Conway name brand outlet shopping and only 3 miles away from Story land.  In the winter time cross country ski from our door and explore Jackson Ski Touring 154 KM network of trails or drive a short distance to 7 major ski areas including Wildcat, Attitash, Black Mountain, Cranmore, and Bretton Woods.  Jackson village is the last town en route as visitors enter the 780,000+ acre White Mountain National Forest and famous Pinkham Notch where the AMC is the starting point for Mt. Washington hikes, Mt. Washington Auto Road.

Directions:

Take RT. 16 North/US 302 West to North Conway, Intervale and Glen, turn RIGHT and remain on RT. 16 NORTH and travel 3 miles to Jackson Village. Turn RIGHT and follow through the RED COVERED BRIDGE and into Jackson Village bearing LEFT at the fork in the road. After crossing over the stone bridge, turn onto CARTER NOTCH ROAD (directly across from the white church) and follow up the hill 3/4 mile to the EAGLE MOUNTAIN HOUSE & GOLF CLUB, parking will be on the left.

FROM BOSTON, MA (3 hours-149 miles) Follow Interstate 95 NORTH to Route 16 NORTH FROM PORTLAND, ME (1.5 hours-71 miles) Follow Route 302 WEST to North Conway, NH and follow Route 16 NORTH to Glen, NH.

FROM MANCHESTER, NH (2 hours-105 miles) Follow Interstate 93 NORTH to Route 112 EAST and follow Route 16 NORTH to Glen, NH

FROM NEW YORK CITY (6 hours-347 miles) Interstate 95 NORTH to Interstate 91 NORTH to US 302 EAST to ROUTE 16 NORTH at Glen, NH
