General Information:The CFFC is a full service fitness center located at the base of Cranmore Mountain Resort. It includes free weights, Nautilus, an indoor pool, 4 indoor tennis courts, 5 seasonal outdoor clay courts, 40' climbing wall, cardio and strength training equipment, gymnastics studio and 2 aerobic/dance studios. There is a year round Spinning program with classes held in an air conditioned private studio. Massges are also availble with licensed massage therapists. Daily guest passes are available: $6/kids 6-13yrs, $12/adults and kids under 6 are free with a paying adult. Guest pass includes most fitness classes and access to the facility. Excludes paid programs, court fees and climbing wall. Summer hours are 6am - 8pm M-F, 7am-8pm Saturday and 8am-4pm Sundays.
