Route 16 North to Center Ossipee, take Route 25 East (5 miles) to Route 153 North (6 miles). From Manchester, NH (1 3/4 hours) Route 28 North to Route 16 North, then Route 25 East (5 miles), to Route 153 North (6 miles). From Portland, (1 hour) take Route 25 West to Effingham, NH then take Route 153 North (6 miles) From I-93 North bound take exit 23 Rte 104 East toMeredith then 25 East to Ossipee. Turn Right on 16 South then Exit onto Rte 25 East. East on 25 to Rte 153 North to Purity Spring Resort.
