General Information:Perry's is known by our guests to be "very kid friendly... a great place for families to stay". It is a title that we are proud of and vow to keep. It's an easy job for us because we offer a vacation that caters to kids and lets the parents relax, too! Located on the Intervale Resort Loop, Route 16-A, Perry's Motel and Cottages has been in business since the turn of the century. Around 1930 the tourist cottages were built, with the motel units added later. Many guests and locals still refer to the days when we were known as "Perry's Rest". We realize many traditional lodgings have given way to bigger development...and our family will maintain the small town values of friendliness, attitude and atmosphere. Our accomodations include 2 bedroom cottages with or without kitchens, motel units with AC, cable TV and refrigerators, plus a condo style unit. Each cottage comes with a picnic table and charcoal grill. There are also tables and chairs around the property for everyone to enjoy. We have two great play areas, a 20'x40' outdoor heated pool, plus plenty of green space for whiffleball and frisbee. LESS THAN 5 MINUTES FROM STORYLAND!

Directions:Located on the Intervale Resort Loop, Route 16-A, just off Route 16/302. Traveling south on Route 16 take a left onto Route 16-A and Perry's will be 2 miles down on your right. Traveling north on Route 16 (Route 302 west) take a right onto Route 16A just after the Scenic Vista rest area and we will be 1 mile down on your left. See you there...
