About Steffani:  Steffani began her culinary career in New Jersey at the age of 13 and has run several kitchens and catering businesses in NJ, NY and AZ. She enjoys sharing her knowledge and passion of food and has taught at King’s Cooking Studios in NJ. She has overseen the Test Kitchen for Art Culinaire Magazine and currently does recipe testing for Clean Eating Magazine. Steffani is an active member of the ACF (American Culinary Federation), White Mountains Chapter, American Personal & Private Chef Association and the MWV Chamber of Commerce. She is the former Chair of Mt. Washington Valley Young Professionals, a Team Leader at Angels & Elves (Kiwanis) and Founder of MWV Hurricane Irene Relief Fund.

Steffani is a wife, a mother, an inventor, a serial entrepreneur, and Chef/Owner of Steffani Adaska Personal Chef Services. She is also chef/host of The Clean Plate w/ Steffani, a local cooking show on Valley Vision/Channel 3.

Steffani holds an Associate’s Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management from County College of Morris, NJ and is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of American in Hyde Park, NY.
