The Sap house is a small producer of premium, handcrafted meads,(Honey wines). They use only time tested traditional methods and procure ingredients from local farms & Markets. Margarita Grill’s head chef , Lisa Raymond, has paired a Flight of The Sugar Maple, Hopped Blueberry & The Vanilla Mead with mouthwatering Tapas for starters & Then worked the meads into vinaigrettes & sauces to show our guest how to explore the flavors of the area & bring our food to new heights. Try the Flight & Tapas for $12 or add the entrée & Dessert for $25. Maintaining a strong commitment to our community by supporting local artisans, farmers & purveyors is our passion. General Information: Margarita Grill, a family restaurant, has been owned and operated by two generations of the Rober family. Our emphasis has always been on hearty, flavorful food made using the freshest seasonal ingredients and whenever possible, we use produce grown locally and hand-selected by our chefs. We develop our own recipes, so you'll find our dishes each have a twist unique to Margarita Grill. At Margarita Grill, we've developed our own salsas, and accent our meats and fish with special rubs and flavor enhancers. We often layer flavors by utilizing a variety of cooking techniques, including smoking, braising and wood-fired grilling. The result: hearty, flavorful Southwest-inspired dishes made with fresh local produce and a unique twist that's all our own.
