Our Welch Family is originally from the Mount Washington Valley. We've lived for 32 years in the Southern United States and grew to love southern BBQ! We've come home to our "Hills of New Hampshire" to start our family owned and operated restaurant and sports bar, bringing locals and visitors the real Southern BBQ experience and hospitality.
