Choose from classic New England menu options or lighter fare in both Highfields Dining room or the Eagle Landing Tavern. During warmer months guests may order from the Tavern and enjoy eating on our 280 foot verandah overlooking the golf course and surrounding mountains in season. Hotel choice breakfast is available daily.  Every morning coffee and tea are available to guests outside the Tavern.

All leisure traveler room rates include a hotel choice breakfast.  During quieter times our continental breakfast  offers guests a variety of cereals, bagels, toast Danish pastries, fruit salad, yogurt, orange juice, coffee & tea. On weekends and in season a full hotel breakfast off menu or our breakfast buffet with omelet station is available.

Highfields  ... a relaxed casual dining experience celebrating the fresh ingredients of New England … The dining room is beautifully appointed with casual furnishings, handsome woodwork, period chandeliers and stately picture windows that overlook rolling fields, our golf course, surrounding mountains and the soothing waters of the Wildcat River. True to its Victorian heritage, our classic New England dinner menu is varied and features classic New England cuisine prepared with the freshest ingredients.

Eagle Landing Tavern … for libations and lighter fare …
The Tavern is a great place to meet with friends before and after dinner, or for a lighter meal. The menu of snacks, appetizers and signature sandwiches are served amongst memorabilia and old time photographs of "the Eagle" and the surrounding Jackson area. In season, the Tavern menu is also available for lunch. Guests and golfers are welcome to order in the tavern and enjoy lunch or drinks on the verandah. Vist our website for our Tavern Menu.

Directions:

Directions from North Conway: Take 302/16 North to Glen where RT 16 N takes a sharp right. Stay on 16 N to Jackson. in 3 miles there is a Red Covered bridge on the right. Drive through the Red Covered Bridge. Stay in town, there will be a fork in the road – take a left at the fork and go over a stone bridge. Immediately after the stone bridge take a right onto Carter Notch Road. The Eagle Mountain House & Golf Club is 3/4 mile uphill on the left.
