SPECIALSJanuary 2008 - New Chef John Russ joins us most recently from The Hotel at Auburn University, Auburn, AL. He worked at L' Auberge de Sedona,Sedona, AZ. Restaurant August, and The Ritz Carlton, both in New Orleans, LA. Chef Russ believes, " Food is something that brings us together, changes attitudes and enlivens spirits." He believes that a meal can change a life and create an experience. It is this philosophy he brings to our Dining Room and Lounge. Awarded a perfect score of 100 in the "Food" category for the Gold List 2007 by Conde Nast Traveller. Our Wine list has earned "Best of the Best Award of Excellence". General Information:The Main Inn has many new dining options. As always, the award-wining fine dining room and menu. There is a semi-private dining space for up to 16, off the main dining room. Private dining for 2 or 24 in the Cooperage, just off our wine cellar. There is a large lounge area overlooking the Presidentials with two fireplaces, wit live entertainment on Mondays, and Saturdays, and a separate menu featuring appetizer style plates.
