General Information: Pub & Dining Room are open Wed.-Sat. starting at 5pm and Sun. at 2pm (reservations recommended on the weekends) Trevor Tasker - Chef Named after the inn's original owner, Nathaniel Palmer, the Inn at Crystal Lake's Palmer House Pub has been recognized by The Boston Globe as a perfect spot to relax with a drink and some delicious food (perhaps a bowl of Tim's award-winning chili). Take a seat at the gorgeous walnut bar that originally came from Boston's Ritz-Carlton or, if you're so inclined, play a song on the beautiful Yamaha piano (bring your favorite music... or favorite musician!). In the summer, a seat out on the patio with a glass of wine might be the perfect way to end the day. Our pub has a full liquor license and we specialize in classic cocktails like Martinis and Manhattans. In addition to the pub and dining room menus below, Boston-trained Chef Trevor Tasker also prepares nightly specials to reflect the freshest local ingredients.
