General Information:

The Darby Field Inn features a full service restaurant for the dining pleasure of our guests. At Dinner, we have seatings every 15 minutes from 6 to 8 or 9 p.m., depending on the season. Below are a few samplings from our daily changing menu.

Appetizers Freshly Prepared Soup ~ Made daily using our own house recipes. Shrimp Wrapped in Bacon ~ Cooked in a Bourbon barbeque sauce. Daily Smoked Seafood or Fish ~ Accompanied by the perfect sauce; our own maple mustard horseradish sauce. Country Stuffed Mushrooms ~ Filled with a spinach and herbed breadcrumb stuffing. Dinners All dinners include relishes, dinner rolls, leaf lettuce salad, choice of potato or pilaf and two fresh vegetables. Rack of Lamb Persillade ~ A New Zealand lamb rack coated with dijon, fresh herbs, and bread crumbs, roasted, then topped with a merlot enhanced Demi-Glaze. Roast Wisconsin Duckling ~ A perenial favorite here at The Darby Field Inn. French boned then roasted until crisp, and served with our famous raspberry/Chambord sauce. Filet Mignon ~ A generous portion of tenderloin grilled to order and topped with a brandy peppercorn sauce White Mountain Chicken ~ Boneless breast of chicken baked with an apple, cheddar cheese and bread stuffing; served with a pure maple and brandy glaze. Our Pasta or Vegetable Special ~ Your server will describe the Chef's nightly special upon greeting you. Specialty After Dinner Drink The Irish Revolution ~ A unique blend of O'Darby's Irish Cream, Irish Mist, Jameson's Irish Whiskey and ice cream. An interesting alternative to the Molotov cocktail.

Desserts All of our desserts are prepared in the Inn's kitchen. Creme Celeste ~ An eggless sour cream custard with a hint of orange Cointreau; served with a raspberry puree. Natural Vanilla and Flavored Ice Cream French Apple Pie ~ Lovingly baked with fresh apples & topped with a brown sugar crumb topping. Chocolate Pate ~ A moist flourless chocolate cake sliced and served warm with a white chocolate sauce.

Only 3 miles from Conway Village and 8 miles to the center of No. Conway, yet right in the middle of nowhere.
