General Information:The Chef’s Market of North Conway may be new to the Mt. Washington Valley, but owners Chef Bryant and Patti Alden offer over 20 years of experience in creating and delivering delicious gourmet meals.Chef Bryant’s work experience includes Executive Chef of the White Mountain Hotel and Eagle Mountain House, and Chef Consultant for PFG Northcenter. His knowledge and skill awarded him the 2004 “Chef of the Year” by the American Culinary Federation White Mountain Region. Patti offers over 15 years hospitality experience in Sales & Marketing coordinating corporate meetings, weddings and events for the White Mountain Hotel & Resort, The Eagle Mountain House and the Mt. Washington Hotel. The Chef’s Market offers a convenient, affordable and healthy dining alternative by combining the freshness and quality of gourmet meals with the convenience and value of take out.
