General Information:The World Fellowship Center invites people from diverse backgrounds to exchange ideas in a rustic mountain setting. Whether you come for a week, weekend, or a month, we offer a unique environment for a vacation to renew body, mind, and spirit. Individuals, families, and groups of all ages quickly become part of the World Fellowship community. Founded in 1941 as a non-profit organization, this "camp with a social conscience" has a rich history of promoting peace while considering issues of justice, freedom, and peace as our society shapes itself for future generations. With Mt Chocorua as a back drop, our facilities extend from the valley floor up to the ridge of Drake Hill. Accommodations range from single rooms to family rooms all with shared bathrooms. All 5 guest houses are smoke-free and have kitchen, living room, and dining room facilities. Rates include 3 meals a day, served family style in the main dining hall. All meals are wholesome and are prepared using vegetables from our 2 organic gardens. In addition to 5 guest houses there are 16 rustic camp sites with tables for campers bringing their own tent, equipment, and bedding(meals are available in the main dining room with reservations and pets are welcome at camp sites). World Fellowship has frontage on Whitton Pond which is a short walk from the main lodge. This mile long lake, nestled in the woods, offers extraordinary experiences of summertime pleasure: swimming, row boating, fishing, and wild blueberry picking. Off site, the White Mountains are a short drive for all levels of hiking and the shops of North Conway are minutes away too.
