SPECIALSBeginning in September 2008, Richard Mullen will be presenting a Stop Smoking School in the North Conway area based on his successful programs: "How to Stop Smoking without Even Trying" and The Michelangelo Technique for weight balance, a unique program that is compatible with most popular diet programs. In addition, Richard teaches a course on Gelotology, the study of humor and laughter and how it affects the human body. The Gelotology program is designed for the over fifty-five age group.

General Information:Richard Mullen is a certified hypnotherapist with over thirty years experience in the natural health field. He is director of the Theta Project which specializes in addiction and behavior modification for smoking cessation, weight balance and stress reduction.
As a long time member of Toastmasters International, Richard also specializes in helping people overcome fear of public speaking. He is available for speaking engagements on smoking cessation, natural weight balance, stress reduction and phobias.
