EXPLORE THE TAPESTRY OF DREAMS In Body, Mind & Soul with Dream Practitioner Terrell Comstock. Terrell offers individual dreamwork to anyone with an avid interest in dreaming, amateurs and professionals alike. These are private sessions in a safe and intimate setting exploring your dream in-depth within a personal context. They are conducted one-to-one, in person, by phone or over the internet. Using the "Embodied Imagination" approach, Terrell will guide and enable the dreamer, through careful concentration, to return to a state as close as possible to the actual dream itself. Without interpreting and through non-suggestive questioning, she will help the dreamer re-enter the dream environment with its images and inhabitants, tap into their deeper layers and experience emotions surfacing and sensations arising from within his or her own body. This approach is based on the notion that psyche and soma are intertwined and through the embodiment of psychic images, unknown aspects of the dreamer are revealed often having a profound and transformative effect. Terrell will help the dreamer weave into his or her life, any material that comes forth. This form of dreamwork is self-empowering, but it is not intended to be therapy.  
   

Terrell has been dream journaling for more than 30 years and she finds dreams to be a rich source of wisdom, creativity and healing. For 15 years, she has studied with Robert Bosnak, a Dutch Jungian Psychotherapist and writer who works with individuals from many cultures and leads international dream groups using his unique and captivating method called "Embodied Imagination". During these years she has been participating in his Group Dreamwork Seminars, On-line Multicultural Cyberdreamwork groups, supervision and lectures. She is a member of the International Association for the Study of Dreams, a dedicated community of researchers and dreamers  around the world. In 2008, she completed her dreamwork training and is a certified dream Embodiment Coach™. Most of her adult life she has been involved in various psychological and spiritual studies alongside of being a homesteader, gardener, builder and professional chef who recently created an International Dinner Salon.
