Dr. Trish Murray looks at how the bones, joints, discs, muscles, ligaments, tendons, and nerves function with each other and with the body's systems. By gentle manipulation of the bones and soft tissue structures, she works to remove restrictions to reverse dysfunction and alleviate pain. Stevi Gelinas, LMT, LE of Stevi Gelinas Massage and Wellness is a licensed massage therapist and member of the National Board of Therapeutic Massage and Body Workers Association. She is also a member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals. Along with specializing in therapeutic massage, Stevi is also a Reiki Therapist.  Stevi operates her practice with the belief that massage does more for you than just take the pressures of the day away, it is a way of healing the body as well as the spirit. By working on the soft tissues (the muscles, tendons, and ligaments), massage can improve muscle tone, blood circulation, organ functioning, and lymphatic system functioning, as well as relaxing the body and preventing strain. In addition to massage, Stevi is also a lifestyle educator certified in FirstLine Therapy. Dorian Kramer, LAC of Shen Dao Acupuncture is a graduate from The New School for Holistic Medicine and Research in New York with a Masters degree in Oriental Medicine, and a NH, State licensed Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbal Diplomate.  He is trained in Japanese Meridian Therapy, Shonishin or Japanese Pediatric Acupuncture, Dr. Manakas style of Acupuncture, and Classical Chinese Herbal medicine. In addition, he is an avid practitioner of two styles of internal martial arts, Xing Yi and Ba Ji, as well as multiple forms of Qi-Gong. In the 1970's, the World Health Organization listed over 40 medical conditions that could be addressed with acupuncture, and that list has continued to grow.
