General Information:The CFFC is a full service fitness center located at the base of Cranmore Mountain Resort. It includes free weights, nautilus, an indoor pool, 4 indoor tennis courts, 5 seasonal outdoor clay courts, 40' climbing wall, cardio and strength training equipment, gymnastics studio and 2 aerobic/dance studios. There is a year round Spinning program with classes held in an air conditioned private studio. Massges are also availble with licensed massage therapists Jeanne Twehouse and Louisa Dell'Amico. Daily guest passes are available: $6/kids 6-13yrs, $12/adults and kids under 6 are free with a paying adult. Guest pass includes most fitness classes and access to the facility. Excludes paid programs, court fees and climbing wall. Winter hours are 6am - 8pm M/W/F, 6am-9pm Tu/Th, 7am-8pm Saturday and 8am-8pm Sundays.
