The Silver Lake Railroad offers fifty-five minute Train Rides by donation through scenic Madison NH. The fifty-five minute excursion train ride departs our fully restored 1910 Railroad Station and grounds for a journey through the Madison Chain of Ponds. Riding on our open-air passenger cars, you are excused from modern life for an hour with no houses or roadways in sight. You may even spot the chain of pond’s resident moose nicknamed Madison! No gimmicks, just a beautiful destination for only the cost of a donation. Picture an afternoon of total relaxation, a stress free place to unwind and have fun!
