General Information:
Bretton Woods at Mount Washington Resort is New Hampshire’s largest ski area, offering a variety of terrain for skiers and snowboarders of all abilities on 101 trails spanning 434 acres.
Bretton Woods was voted as New Hampshire's #1 Overall Ski Area (SKI Magazine, 10/08), as well as Top 10 in North America for Family Programs, Grooming and Scenery!
NEW this year, the Bretton Woods Canopy Tour is a high-flying adventure, including 10 thrilling zip lines!
The Bretton Woods Nordic Center is one of the largest and most scenic in the East, with a 100km network that meanders through the grounds of Mount Washington Resort and the White Mountain National Forest, and includes a connecting trail to the Appalachian Mountain Club's Highland Center. Trails are groomed for classical and skate skiing, and may be used by skiers and snowshoers alike. There are 11km dog friendly trails, plus a designated Mountain Road trail that originates from the top of the Bethlehem Express chair at the Bretton Woods alpine area.
