General Information:Jeanne Limmer Dance Center offers classes for all ages and levels, preschool through adult, in the various styles and techniques of dance including: Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Tap, Preschool Creative Movement, Pre-ballet, Hip-Hop, Modern, Movement Exploration, and AIE Studio Workshops.Jeanne Limmer is an AIE roster artist with the State of New Hampshire listed as dancer - teacher - choreographer. Jeanne is also one of the dancers who is participating in Exending the Dance Map, a project funded by the Dana Foundation, to recruit and train dancers to become teaching artists in the North Country. Through Arts in Education, Jeanne Limmer has traveled the State of NH, bringing Movement Exploration into the schools while paralleling academics. Arts in Education can be a great tool for acknowledging different learning styles in children along with building self esteem. Movement Exploration and dance can collaborate with writers and visual artists creating a time and place to build awareness and build community.
