Snowshoe Yoga Tour
Join us any Sunday morning to combine yoga and mindfulness in the spectacular setting of the mountains. Stress melts away and your body and mind will be reset and refreshed.
Take a deep breath of fresh mountain area, enjoy the views, the sounds of a nearby river and the peace and quiet of a walk in the woods.
The tour begins with some warm up stretches, preparing for a beautiful snowshoe walk in the woods. Taking the trail at an easy pace,making our way to an open spot to pause for some yoga practice. Simple poses that will be accessible to all levels including beginners. After the snowshoe walk, the tour will end iwth a few easy stretches.
