Author Afternoon with WARREN WATSON, author of Claire & Charlie: An Unlikely Wartime Love Story

We are continuing our (FA)LALA Saturdays with Maine journalist Warren Watson and his debut book Claire & Charlie: An Unlikely Wartime Love Story that takes on immigration, world war, and the erosion of French Canadian culture in New England.

Warren Watson of Winthrop, Maine, has been a reporter and editor for 44 years.  He has worked in journalism in 11 states, all over the country. He is the author of “Surviving Journalism: What to When Your Career Path Breaks,” scheduled to be published by Marion Street Press of Portland, Ore., later this year. Watson is the former executive editor of the Kennebec Journal and Central Maine Morning Sentinel and managing editor of the Portland Press Herald.
