Historic Thanksgiving at the Remick Museum and Farm

Thanksgiving is almost near and what better way to evoke the spirit of giving thanks then the Remick Museum and Farm's signature annual event, Historic Thanksgiving!  

Come prepared to savor traditional historic foods including, roasted turkey, bread sauce-stuffing, hearth bread and butter, boiled cider pie and indian pudding to name just a few!  

Enjoy a warm fire, story-telling, craft-making and Museum exhibits depicting over 200 years of the agricultural way of life in NH. Venture outside to enjoy the beauty of fall through our trails that overlook fields and the legendary Mount Chocorua.  

Come and explore a working farm and a Museum with over 200 years of history!  *A demonstration on how to properly "dress" a turkey will be offered only to those interested during the event. Historic Thanksgiving begins at 11am and ends at 3:00pm. The Remick Museum and Farm is located at 58 Cleveland Hill Road, Tamworth, NH. Please call or visit us online for more information.
