The Mt. Washington Valley Chamber of Commerce was conceptualized in 1911. For years before that though vacationers would still make their way through the area. Those traveling that were artists, drew pictures of the White Mountains and took them back to share with their loved ones at home. Those pictures left anyone who hadn't visited the White Mountains before astounded and hundreds of people made their way in droves to see for themselves.
Now, roughly over 100 years later, The Mt. Washington Valley Chamber of Commerce is a member driven association that works to uphold everything that makes the Valley so unique and wonderful. We are proud to represent over 200 lodging properties, 150 attractions, 7 Alpine Ski mountains and 6 Nordic Ski centers, tax-free shopping, 10 golf courses with over 200 holes, allowing you to travel the "Road to the Links," over 75 restaurants, including a band of locally owned and operated "Valley Originals" and much, much more.
